We produce programmes that teach children and young people skills for life: how to cope with everyday difficulties, how to communicate with and get on with other people, and build self-awareness and emotional resilience. Our programmes are suitable for all children and young people, and are evidence-based. They are widely used both in the UK and in countries around the world.
Our programmes meet all elements of the Mental Wellbeing requirements of the statutory guidance for Relationships and Health Education for primary schools in England and support many other key requirements.
To deliver the Skills for Life programmes, you need to complete live online training and purchase an annual subscription to our Skills for Life online teaching platform which gives you access to all the digital teaching and learning materials for the programmes. You may also choose to purchase printed resources to accompany the programme(s).
